My POS doesn't work

If you are using a dial-up or ADSL POS, first check if its power cord is connected. If there is nothing wrong with the power lines, check if there is any problem with telephone lines. If there is no problem either with the power line, and the telephone and ADSL line, you can call our POS Support Line on 0212 4440 339, and get support 7 days, 24 hours.

I don't know how to use my POS

You can obtain information on how any transaction is made on the POS by calling our POS Support Line on 0212 444 0 339.

My statements do not come / I don't receive them regularly

If there is any mistake in your address details, your statements may not be received by you in a timely fashion. In that case, first of all contact your branch and update your address details. If you wish you can give instruction to your branch and have your statements faxed or e-mailed to you.

I don't know / I want to change the terms of business

In order to get information on or to change our terms of business you need to talk to our branch.

I ran out of POS rolls, I don't have users guide, I don't have sticker

You can make your material requests by calling our POS Support Line on 0212 444 0 339. They will be sent to you free of charge.

Visual materials didn't come

You can talk to our branch about the matter and have Visual Decoration Teams visit your merchant.
